Until more interest in a cardio kickboxing class stirs up, cardio will be discontinued for now and replaced with a Physical Conditioning class. This class is an hour of intense cardio and strength training, utilizing calisthenics and technique drills to push your stamina and toughness to the limit.
This class is primarily for LCMAA students and an essential element to their training since technique doesn't imply an ABSENCE of strength, but rather effective use of one's strength.
This class will also be available as a standalone class for non LCMAA members who just want a challenging workout that incorporates elements of physical conditioning, kickboxing, and grappling.
